For safety reasons, we do not accept flammable or hazardous materials, illegal items, explosives, firearms, perishable food, live animals, or anything that could damage other customers’ belongings. If you’re unsure about an item, simply contact us before booking.

How do I access my locker?
You’ll receive your unique QR access code when your booking begins. Simply enter the code on the electronic smart lock to access your locker. Your code works 24/7 during your rental period.
Do I need to book in advance
No reservation is required for short-term locker rentals. Simply visit our store, choose your locker and complete the rental in just a few minutes using our easy self-service app.
For long-term storage, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and prepare your storage space before your arrival.
