Welcome to Ubud Lockers. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
Ubud Lockers provides:
- Short-term luggage storage
- Long-term storage
- Motorbike rental
- Pickup and delivery services (where available)
2. Bookings & Payment
Short-term lockers can be rented directly at our facility using our self-service system. Advance booking is not required.
We recommend booking long-term storage and motorbike rentals in advance to ensure availability.
Full payment is required before access to any storage unit or rented vehicle is granted.
3. Access
Customers receive a unique electronic access code for the duration of their booking.
This code is personal and must not be shared with others.
Customers are responsible for keeping their access code secure throughout their rental period.
4. Temperature & Humidity Controlled Storage
Our storage facility is temperature and humidity controlled to help protect your belongings from Bali’s tropical climate.
We maintain stable storage conditions suitable for luggage, clothing, electronics, documents and other personal belongings.
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted:
- Illegal goods
- Flammable or hazardous materials
- Explosives or firearms
- Dangerous chemicals
- Perishable food
- Live animals
- Stolen goods
- Any item that could damage other customers’ property or our facilities
If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, please contact us before storing it.
6. Customer Responsibility & Valuable Items
Customers are responsible for using our facilities correctly and following these Terms & Conditions.
We recommend keeping passports, cash, jewellery, important documents and other irreplaceable valuables with you at all times.
Ubud Lockers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage resulting from prohibited items, failure to follow these Terms & Conditions, incorrect use of the lockers or storage units, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Liability
Ubud Lockers takes reasonable care to provide a safe and secure storage environment.
However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to direct loss or damage resulting from proven negligence by Ubud Lockers.
8. Motorbike Rental
Motorbike rentals are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for complying with Indonesian traffic laws and for holding any licence required to legally operate the rented vehicle.
Any fines, penalties or damages resulting from misuse or traffic violations remain the customer’s responsibility.
9. Changes & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation and refund conditions are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Uncollected Items
Items not collected within 30 days after the agreed storage period has ended, and after reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer, may be considered abandoned.
Ubud Lockers reserves the right to dispose of, donate or otherwise handle unclaimed items in accordance with applicable local laws.
